About ROHA

Made for the way you actually wear it

ROHA began with a simple frustration: hijabs that look beautiful on a hanger and behave badly on a real head. Fabric that slips. Colours that photograph nothing like they look. Under-caps that shift by mid-morning.

So we started with the fabric. Our Thai cotton is imported, soft, and light enough for a Cairo summer, cut at a generous 2 metres by 75 centimetres so you have room to style it the way you want rather than the way the fabric allows. Our French Dantel is chosen for how it drapes, not just how it looks flat.

Colour you can trust

Every colour on this site is photographed on the actual product, in natural light, with no filter that would change the shade. Nineteen colours in Ruffled Thai, ten hand-finished tie-dye gradients, eight under-cap shades — and what you see is what arrives.

The tie-dye is genuinely one of a kind

Each tie-dye piece is finished by hand, so no two carry exactly the same gradient. The photograph shows you the character of the colourway; your piece will be its own version of it.
