Ordering & payment

How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when the order reaches you.

Do you deliver to my governorate?
Yes — we deliver everywhere in Egypt for a flat 70 EGP.

How long does delivery take?
3–5 business days after dispatch, and we dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order.

The products

What size are the hijabs?
Thai hijabs (Ruffled, Dotted, Tie-Dye) are 2 metres × 75 cm. French Dantel is 190 × 75 cm.

Will the colour match the photo?
Every colour is shot on the real product in natural light. Screens vary slightly, but we do not filter or edit the shade.

Why does my tie-dye look different from the picture?
Because each one is hand-finished. The pattern is unique to your piece — that is the point of it.

Is the cotton hot to wear?
No. The Thai cotton-linen is lightweight and breathable, chosen specifically for Egyptian summers.

Which under-cap should I get?
The Balaklava works under any hijab or scarf. It is non-slip, so it holds your style in place through the day.

Care

How do I wash them?
Cool water, hang to dry. Iron Thai cotton on low heat, or steam from the reverse side. Dantel should be steamed rather than pressed.

Will it wrinkle in storage?
Not if you fold or hang it neatly rather than bunching it in a drawer.

Returns

Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page.

Can I return an under-cap?
Only if the sealed packaging has not been opened, or if the item is faulty — hygiene rules apply.
