ROHA delivers to every governorate in Egypt. The delivery fee depends on your governorate.

Delivery time
- 3–7 business days from dispatch
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Fridays and public holidays are not counted as business days
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives — please have the exact amount ready where possible.
Before you order
Please double-check your address, governorate and phone number at checkout. Most delays are caused by an incomplete address or an unreachable number. Our courier will call before delivering.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-send; a second delivery fee may apply.
