Where we deliver

ROHA delivers to all governorates across Egypt.

Cost and timing

• Delivery fee: 70 EGP flat, anywhere in Egypt.
• Delivery time: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Fridays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives — please have the exact amount ready where possible.

Before you order

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Most delivery delays are caused by an incomplete address or an unreachable number. Our courier will call before delivering, so make sure the number you give us is switched on.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched. If you have not heard from us within 3 business days of ordering, contact us and we will check on it.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-send; a second delivery fee may apply.
