Returns & Exchanges
Your right to return
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
Condition of the item
To be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed and unworn, in its original packaging, and free of perfume, make-up marks or any signs of use.
Hygiene exception
For health and hygiene reasons, Balaklava under-caps cannot be returned or exchanged once the sealed packaging has been opened — unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. This does not affect your rights where an item is defective.
Items received free as part of an offer
If you received a free item through a promotion such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free, returning enough items to break the offer condition means the free item must be returned as well, or its value will be deducted from your refund.
How to request a return
Contact us on WhatsApp or email rohaspiritualrest@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number, the item and colour concerned, and a clear photo — especially if it is faulty. We will confirm the return and arrange collection or give you the return address.
Who pays return shipping
- We pay if the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.
- You pay if you changed your mind or chose the wrong colour.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item we will confirm the outcome. Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 14 days of us receiving the return. The delivery fee you paid is refunded only where the fault was ours.
Faulty items
If something is wrong with your order, tell us as soon as you notice. Send photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery both ways.
